Refund policy

Returns
Elmer's Fine Foods, Inc. does not accept returns on any food item. T-shirts or other non-food item may be returned for exchange if damaged. You must contact our office to get return authorization.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on online orders.
